Wow! I am so impressed with this moving company. Our furniture included two TVs, glass table and glass shelving unit. The movers team showed up on time and packed all the fragile pieces of furniture really well. Once we got to our new home, they unloaded and placed my furniture exactly where I wanted it. Everything was in perfect shape. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and so helpful. Their pricing was very competitive. Thank you GetMovers! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Moving is the worst, but these guys made it the best possible experience. From the quick response via phone call and a last-minute date change, especially the moving. We had four guys who worked nonstop and wrapped everything with care in a timely manner. We were moving out of a second-story location with no elevator and a small stairwell spot. John and his team were so attentive, quick, and thorough. I would hire them again and again and will absolutely be using GetMovers again. I highly recommend them, especially our specific team of guys with John. Literally the best!

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1650

Moving scam at its finest. Hired Get Movers to move large items from a townhouse as the smaller items would be moved by family and friends. Paid by the hour and calculated the move to be about 4 hours total (load and unloaded).Three men showed up and purposely were stalling so they could increase the time. Instead of taking the large items that we had prepped for the move the night before and all that was required was to wrap it and load it, they spent time wrapping cushions and blankets and items we told them didn’t need to be packed. One man would wrap, one would watch and one would sit by the truck. 5+ hours later they were still at the first house insisting on making “two trips”. Almost 8 hours in for the day when my husband said he was not paying them for the extra hours they tried to scam out of us, they tried to extort us by confiscating the remaining items left on the truck and driving away. They held our belongings for ransom saying we had to pay for 12 hours of moving before they would deliver the remaining items and before we would be able to make any dispute with the company.We called the police and eventually got our items delivered a week later. This is their tactic… stall; increase the time; force you to pay more than you need to by confiscating your items and holding them ransom while extorting you for money. Don’t hire them!!! But if you do and if you see they are stalling and wasting time, call the police right away or else your things will be held for ransom.

Get Movers damaged the property that they moved me into. I filed a claim immediately. That was three months ago. Since then despite several e mails, many phone calls nothing has been done to repair the damage.

My e mails are not answered and if someone answers the phone they say they will put me through but don't.

The one Customer Service representative I spoke to told me the Claims Manager does not do his job.

I am left with damage and the cost of repair.

Do not use this company they are a nightmare. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Just had GetMovers come out to move us from a condo to a house. The staff was professional and helpful from the very beginning when making booking on the phone, and on moving day, the crew was efficient and incredibly competent. The movers were right on time, worked well as a team, and were very friendly! They worked super hard and took great care in wrapping and moving our furniture. I would definitely hire them again and I'd most certainly recommend them to friends/family! Thanks for a great experience!

We had a great experience with GetMovers. The crew that came to pack everything were very professional and asked questions about what/how we wanted things packed. The moving team was excellent and very professional as well, and moved all of our furniture quickly without any incidents or accidents. GetMovers were very careful to ask questions about where we wanted furniture and were respectful of our things. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this company!
